There are generally 3 ways we tend to end up with our belief set:
What limiting beliefs do you have? How can they be changed so that they empower you? How about believing you are going to stay on instead of believing you are going to fall off? You will ride differently with a different set of beliefs.
Once you have decided on your new beliefs write them down and stick them anywhere you will see them regularly. Alternatively record them and play them back to yourself each day. Do anything you can to embed them into your mind.
Believe you can do anything you set your mind to!
